February 11 is Women and Girls in Science Day. Women in metallurgy and materials science drive innovation and improvements in the steel industry. The field has historically been dominated by men and therefore, it is important that the world invests in the education of young women in science fields. Today we recognise all women in science, especially those of you who work at Uddeholm.
