Uddeholm Corrax is the perfect material grade to use to add, change or repair plastic moulding tools with its excellent corrosion resistance, high hardness and good processability. With a post weld treatment of 525°C Uddeholm Corrax will have a hardness of 48 HRC and corrosion resistance comparable to conventionally produced stainless steels.
