Karriärföretagen have appointed us to a Career Company 2019! An award given to employers in Sweden who have the highest quality in their employer branding work and who can offer unique career and development opportunities.

Motivation of the jury:

Becoming a Career Company requires initially that the company meets certain basic criteria, including having at least 250 employees or 250 million SEK in sales, an HR manager in the organization and a recruiting organization.  Having met these criteria, the company is then examined by an expert panel who considers the company’s career pages, information, quality and dynamics, as well as its social media, digital presence and popularity as employer in external surveys. Finally, a jury works to decide on and appoint Career Companies for 2019.
