2007.09.25 - Decreased scrap surcharges valid from October 1st

Due to the decrease of the scrap prices, the new scrap extra valid from October 1st will be 80 €/ton, 742 SEK/ton,
109 USD/ton and 115 CAD/ton. The new scrap extra will be valid until further notice.
