Increased scrap surcharges valid from April 1st, 2007

Due to continous increasing scrap prices the new scrap extra valid from April 1^st will be 106 €/ton, 965 SEK/ton,
139 USD/ton and 162 CAD/ton. The new scrap extra will be valid until further notice.
