Increased scrap surcharges valid from March 1st, 2007

Due to increasing scrap prices the new scrap extra valid from March 1st will be 95 €/ton, 876 SEK/ton, 
121 USD/ton and 136 CAD/ton. The new scrap extra will be valid until further notice.
