Increased scrap surcharges valid from February 1st, 2007

Due to increasing scrap prices the new scrap extra valid from February 1^st will be 72 €/ton, 664 SEK/ton,
92 USD/ton and 103 CAD/ton. The new scrap extra will be valid until further notice.
