Increased scrap surcharges valid from January 1st, 2007

Due to increasing scrap prices the new scrap extra valid from January 1st will be 70 €/ton, 637 SEK/ton, 
89 USD/ton and 100 CAD/ton. The new scrap extra will be valid until further notice.
