Increased scrap surcharges valid from December 1st, 2006

Due to increasing scrap prices the new scrap extra valid from December 1^st will be 68 €/ton, 627 SEK/ton, 87 USD/ton and 97 CAD/ton. The new scrap extra will be valid until further notice.
