Daniel Carlsson sponsored by Uddeholm, starts in the 2006 Uddeholm Swedish Rally
Daniel Carlsson, who finished 6th and the best Swede at the 2005 Uddeholm Swedish Rally, will drive this year in a Mitsubishi Lance WRC05; the latest version of Mitsubishis WRC car.
It long looked like Daniel was going to miss a start in the WRC class. However a late cancellation from Harri Rovanperä and some negotiations with FIA regarding an upgrade from the A6 class to the WRC class renewed Daniels chances.
The WRC rally, Uddeholm Swedish rally runs in Värmland and Dalarna February 2-5
